Conditions for a Refund

At Teron Linkz, we value the trust of our clients. You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following situations:

  • Service Mismatch: If the content of the provided consultation or analytical report differs significantly from the program stated on our website.
  • Technical Issues: In case of critical errors on the teron-linkz.org platform that make access to paid materials impossible and were not resolved by our support within 48 hours.
  • "Cooling-off Period" (EU Right of Withdrawal): According to EU law, you have the right to withdraw from a service within 14 calendar days of payment, provided you have not yet started viewing or downloading the paid expert materials.

Request Procedure

  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
  3. In the body of the email, include the transaction date, the name of the service/package, and a detailed reason for the refund.
  4. Our quality control service will review the application and provide a response within 3 business days.

Timing and Refund Method

Once a refund is approved, funds are credited within 7–14 business days. The refund is strictly made to the same bank card or account from which the payment was made. Processing times depend solely on the regulations of your European bank.

Limitations

A refund is not possible if:

  • The request is submitted after 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • You have accessed more than 50% of the exclusive consulting material volume.
  • The reason is related to technical issues on the user side (lack of internet, outdated software).
